Due to extensive growth in the UK, WOEHNER (U.K.) LIMITED is introducing the new role of Sales Manager to the business in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this position and contribute to the company's growing success.

The Sales Manager will report to the UK Country Manager and be responsible for working closely with the sales team to provide sales support and contribute to the overall sales strategy. The role will also involve light duties in the warehouse, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

The key responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include:

  • Generating and developing new business with new and existing customers
  • Customer/site visits as and when required
  • Working closely with customers to develop projects from cradle to grave
  • Generating reports and feeding back to the management team
  • Supporting the sales team with back-office functions and assisting in customer account management
  • Assisting with promotions and general marketing campaigns
  • Creating offers/quotes
  • Maintaining the company CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all enquiries, offers, projects, visit reports are logged and followed up on in a timely manner
  • When required, order processing and progressing
  • Light warehouse duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Keen sales experience
  • Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
