UK Financial Director

About the Company:
Astute Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading international organisation providing specialist products and services to the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and develop the UK organisation with the added benefits of being part of a dynamic international Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a suite of financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support commercial operations, including profitability, operational expenditure, capital expenditure, working capital, and cash flow.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial data to local and group leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
- Oversee the monthly closing process in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare and file local annual accounts, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit.
Business Operations:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key support to local Executive teams, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting for Group level requirements. This will involve close cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Centre, stakeholders, senior management, audit teams, finance partners, and the European Group Finance team.
