Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a qualified Nurse to work in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Care Planning: Accurately assess the needs of residents and develop comprehensive care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain effective communication with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, and report any concerns or issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Care Settings: Proven experience of working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Empathy and Understanding: Ability to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a commitment to the needs of the client group.
  • Leadership and Time Management: Well-developed leadership and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
