We are excited to present a full-time opportunity for a motivated and committed Clinical Administration Coordinator to become a part of our welcoming and supportive Clinical Administration Team within the Surgical Department.
As a Clinical Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. With strong typing skills and meticulous attention to detail, your responsibilities will include transcribing medical documents, managing patient waitlists, and entering data, among other vital tasks. Your effective communication skills will enable you to relay clear information to both internal teams and external parties while ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
This role will primarily be based at our designated administrative location, with the flexibility of remote work options available after training. You will have the opportunity to work at multiple sites, enhancing your experience and exposure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Audio transcription
- Monitoring patient progress through their care pathways
- Managing patient waitlist entries
- Facilitating communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinating schedules and managing diaries
- Taking minutes, preparing agendas, and organizing meeting spaces
- Understanding and applying Referral to Treatment (RTT) protocols
Upon completion of your training, you will possess:
- Familiarity with administrative systems
- A solid understanding of relevant patient information systems necessary for your role
- Knowledge of Referral to Treatment (RTT) processes
- The ability to accurately input data into patient management systems
- Training in minute-taking
