Clinical Nursing Manager Job Description

Candor Vets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to lead our veterinary nursing team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and non-clinical aspects of our nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced nurses, patient care assistants, and student veterinary nurses
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate nursing resources to ensure efficient and effective use of staff and facilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 3 years of experience
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
