Clinical Nursing Manager

Candor Vets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to lead our veterinary nursing team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and non-clinical aspects of our nursing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced nurses, patient care assistants, and student veterinary nurses
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with our veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Manage and coordinate nursing resources to ensure efficient and effective use of staff and facilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 3 years of experience
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum
