Veterinary Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to join our team at Candor Vets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced nurses, patient care assistants, and student veterinary nurses
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage the nursing budget and resources
- Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff
- Registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 3 years of experience
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum
