About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Recruitment Administration team as a Bank Recruitment Coordinator. This is a temporary staffing position until the 31st March 2025, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment after a period of training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place job adverts and process pre-employment checks on our recruitment system
  • Prepare new starters for onboarding and support the monthly onboarding process at Royal Papworth Hospital and Cambridge Biomedical Campus
  • Deal with queries from candidates and managers across the organization
  • Provide a high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment administration service
Requirements
  • NVQ II in Administration or Customer Service or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of dealing with staff at all levels
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience of working with software packages, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion
