About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Activities Coordinator to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for creating and organizing meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle program that enriches the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or a caring environment, with excellent communication and written skills. You will be confident, with a fun and can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and organize activities and a lifestyle program that meets the needs and interests of our residents
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to individual needs and abilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and colleges to provide opportunities for residents
  • Plan and organize days out and excursions to enhance the lives of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
