About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Activities Coordinator to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for creating and organizing meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle program that enriches the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or a caring environment, with excellent communication and written skills. You will be confident, with a fun and can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and organize activities and a lifestyle program that meets the needs and interests of our residents
  • Work with the care team to establish an understanding of the activities and lifestyle changes that would benefit our residents
  • Develop partnerships with local community organizations, schools, colleges, and churches to provide a range of activities and experiences
  • Plan days out and excursions to local attractions and events
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities and lifestyle program
