We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Lead Patient Transport Coordinator to become part of our dedicated team.

The primary function of the Lead Patient Transport Coordinator is to oversee contract execution, staffing, conduct, and adherence to quality standards. Ensuring exceptional patient care is paramount, and you will be responsible for instilling these values within your team. Additionally, the Lead Coordinator will provide support in patient transportation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring timely departures of transport staff from the base.
  • Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with the Compliance Team to conduct regular Health and Safety checks, ensuring all operations and equipment meet regulatory standards.
  • Fleet Management: Work closely with the Fleet Supervisor to guarantee that all vehicles are roadworthy and perform routine checks to maintain optimal hygiene and performance.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records in personal data management systems to support payroll and leave management.
  • Performance Metrics: Assist the Contract Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute innovative ideas for service enhancement.
  • Team Development: Conduct performance reviews for transport staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Training Initiatives: Ensure all operational areas provide exceptional patient service through ongoing training and assessments.

  • Experience in a regulated, complex business environment, preferably in healthcare logistics.
