Role Overview: An exceptional opportunity has emerged to collaborate closely with the Chair of the Agency and their team. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to assist the Chair's office and welcome applications from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee inbox, calendar, and correspondence management.
  • Support meetings and events with various ad-hoc tasks.

Desirable Experience: Previous experience in managing a private office, especially in supporting a senior official with multiple responsibilities, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Political Acumen: A keen interest in politics and local governance will equip you with valuable skills for this position, enabling you to discern between issues that can be addressed independently and those requiring further discussion or escalation.

Confidentiality and Professionalism: Proven experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is essential.
