Overview

London Business School is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our Associate Dean of Advancement. This role is pivotal in overseeing fundraising initiatives and fostering alumni relations.

As the Senior Coordinator, you will adeptly manage various tasks simultaneously while cultivating and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your organizational skills and professionalism will be essential as you engage with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the Associate Dean of Advancement's calendar, travel arrangements, and logistical needs, coordinating meetings, visits, and international trips focused on high-stakes fundraising and senior stakeholder engagement, often in collaboration with the Dean and other senior figures.
  • Managing communication flow and briefings from the department, handling sensitive and confidential information, and working closely with the Dean's Office.

  • Experience in an administrative support role or similar operational capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient project management capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to perform under pressure and devise effective solutions.
  • Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with databases and applications that enhance administrative support.
  • Positive demeanor with assertiveness when necessary.
  • Proven track record in handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Knowledge of fundraising, alumni relations, or the higher education sector is advantageous.
