To support our expansion, we are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Supervisor to become part of our dynamic team.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance to surpass established targets and identify avenues for continuous improvement. Inspire and lead the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to enhance sales both personally and through team efforts. Ensure outstanding customer service is consistently delivered. Equip team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve key business goals. Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal products in accordance with corporate guidelines. Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and monitor competitor activities. Assist the Store Manager in ensuring all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately. Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of your role.

Qualifications

Skills and Expertise:

Experience in retail management within the premium or luxury fashion sector is advantageous. A robust clientele background with a well-established network of personal contacts and clients. Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Proficient analytical skills with the capability to interpret financial and sales data. High level of brand awareness and product knowledge. Familiarity with the local market.
