Position Overview

The Recruitment Co is seeking a dedicated Community Operations Supervisor to oversee the management of our client's estates.

Role Duration

This position is anticipated to last between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, operating from 8 AM to 4 PM, five days a week.

Transportation

As part of this role, a vehicle will be provided for travel between various sites. Candidates must possess a valid UK driver's license to facilitate travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality management across a comprehensive range of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical engineering, and medical equipment services.
  • Oversee the daily operational management of the Community Estates Department, ensuring the team meets its performance targets for planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Manage all tradespeople and Maintenance Assistants within the Community Estates Team, conducting performance evaluations and identifying training requirements.
  • Supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develop risk assessments and actionable plans to mitigate potential issues.
