We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Blackpool. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain all housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
