Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are in good working order and are properly maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
