About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
