Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in all areas of the hotel.
- Ensure all guest amenities are monitored and in line with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and maintain all linen and ensure it is accounted for in line with KPIs.
- Adhere to all COSHH guidelines and processes.
- Ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met.
- Display a 'hands-on' approach to maintaining the highest possible service standards.
- Manage and coordinate the housekeeping team on shift.
- Ensure all Health & Safety obligations are complied with and relevant training takes place.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
