Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance to surpass established targets while identifying avenues for ongoing improvement. Inspire and lead the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to boost sales through personal engagement and team collaboration. Guarantee that exceptional customer service standards are upheld consistently. Equip team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet key business goals. Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines. Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitive landscape. Support the Store Manager in ensuring that all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed accurately and efficiently. Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Undertake additional responsibilities as required within the scope of your role.Required Qualifications
Skills and Expertise:
Experience in retail management within the premium or luxury fashion sector is advantageous. A robust clientele background with a well-established network of personal contacts. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Strong communication, planning, and organizational capabilities. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales metrics. High level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
