Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales revenue and exceed targets through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, implement company policies, and maintain a positive store culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety, security, and customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control to maintain a high level of store presentation and minimize stock losses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
