Job Title: Procurement System Administrator

Warner Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records of suppliers and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers and contracts, including supplier master data, contracts, and insurance documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence on suppliers, including creditworthiness reporting, compliance searches, and health and safety checks.
  • Manage the onboarding process of new suppliers, including creating supplier accounts, issuing logins, and circulating instructions and terms and conditions.
  • System troubleshooting of supplier accounts, including creation, email failures, brand issues, post-upgrade errors, and supplier queries.
  • Manage supplier core catalogues, including data management, uploading, and validation.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team, IT product teams, and engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, escalate where appropriate, and provide resolution.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Experience with procurement software and systems.
