Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core member of the system administration team for the Salesforce environment.
- Implement ongoing Salesforce declarative updates and modifications in line with the Release Management process, accommodating new project-driven changes.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including user account management, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Collaborate with various departments to define new automated workflows, requiring strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
- Conduct internal system audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare for internal and Salesforce releases, ensuring security and platform availability are prioritized.
- Oversee data feeds and other integrations, including Mulesoft and Azure Logic Apps.
- Monitor Salesforce usage and adoption, mentoring and training team members as necessary.
- Evaluate, scope, and fulfill new development requests.
- Lead the Help Desk triage process and prioritize requests, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
- Create necessary documentation and training materials.
- Manage security patches and system refreshes.
- Advise senior management on opportunities and risks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish effective processes supporting administration and ongoing project initiatives.
Applicants should demonstrate experience in high-traffic Salesforce environments, including data loading. Those with exposure to APEX, personal projects, or familiarity with Architecture, App Builder, LWC, or Visualforce are encouraged to apply.
