Salesforce System Administrator

We are looking for skilled Salesforce Administrators to enhance our mission of improving health outcomes across the UK. Our organization is embarking on a significant transformation initiative, with Salesforce playing a pivotal role in our operations.
We seek experienced Salesforce administrators who are eager to assist in migrating our legacy systems into the Salesforce ecosystem while also maintaining and expanding our current Salesforce platform.
This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Product, Security, and Release teams, to integrate our cloud services effectively. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will be part of a highly collaborative team dedicated to a shared mission.
We provide support for Salesforce certifications and additional training opportunities, as well as a chance to be part of a transformative journey that goes beyond routine operations. Individuals in the administration field who are keen to enhance their Salesforce Development knowledge will also have opportunities for skill improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a core member of the system administration team for the Salesforce environment.
- Implement ongoing Salesforce declarative updates and modifications in line with the Release Management process, reflecting new project-driven changes.
- Manage essential administrative tasks, including user account maintenance, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Collaborate with various business units to define new automated workflows, requiring strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Conduct internal system audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare for internal and Salesforce releases, ensuring security and platform availability are prioritized.
- Oversee data feeds and other integrations, including Mulesoft and Azure Logic Apps.
- Monitor and report on Salesforce usage and adoption, mentoring and training others within the organization.
- Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests.
- Lead help desk triage and prioritize requests, providing Tier 2/3 support as necessary.
- Create necessary documentation and training materials.
- Implement security patches and system refreshes.
- Advise senior management on opportunities and risks within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish effective processes that support administration and ongoing project opportunities.
Applicants should demonstrate experience in high-traffic Salesforce environments, including data loading and management. Those with exposure to APEX, personal projects, or skills in Architecture, App Builder, LWC, or Visualforce are encouraged to apply.
