We recognize that talent comes in various forms and are actively seeking applicants with diverse experiences for several newly established roles within our Salesforce team. Immediate availability is an option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the system administration team for the Salesforce environment.
- Implement ongoing Salesforce declarative updates and modifications in line with the Release Management process, adapting to new project requirements.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including user account management, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Collaborate with various departments to define new automated workflows, requiring strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct internal system audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare for internal and Salesforce releases, ensuring security and platform readiness.
- Oversee data feeds and integrations, including Mulesoft and Azure Logic Apps.
- Monitor Salesforce usage and adoption, providing mentorship and training to team members.
- Evaluate, define, and complete new development requests.
- Lead the Help Desk triage process and prioritize requests, offering Tier 2/3 support as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
- Implement security patches and refreshes.
- Advise senior management on opportunities and risks within the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish effective processes supporting administration and project-driven initiatives.
Applicants should demonstrate experience in high-traffic Salesforce environments, including data loading. Those with knowledge of APEX, App Builder, LWC, or Visualforce are encouraged to apply.
