About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our education and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial aspects of education and healthcare projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, handle subcontractor accounts, and manage variations and final accounts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the education and healthcare sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
