Job Overview

Pramac, a leading global benchmark for the production of generators, battery energy storage systems, and warehouse material handling equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance activities, including month-end closing, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring sales and profit forecasts, and advising management on all financial matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with relevant legislation, including tax reporting and auditing.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and provide statements to customers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and ensure the company's financial stability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SOX and ICoFR: Experience with SOX and ICoFR internal control frameworks.
  • Audit Experience: Audit experience would be viewed positively.
  • ERP Systems: Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical experience dealing with large data sets, manipulation, and complex reporting.
