Job Overview

Pramac, a leading global benchmark for the production of generators, battery energy storage systems, and warehouse material handling equipment, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all finance activities, including month-end closing, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with relevant legislation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring sales and profit forecasts, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with relevant legislation, including tax reporting and auditing.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SOX and ICoFR Experience: Experience with SOX and ICoFR internal control frameworks.
  • Audit Experience: Audit experience, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • ERP Experience: Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting.
