Position Overview:
This essential role is pivotal to the effective and profitable provision of services at Black Cat Recruitment Ltd.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for orchestrating the service delivery team, documenting and managing urgent issues, and ensuring their resolution through our supply chain partners or frontline personnel.

Staff Management:
Ensure sufficient personnel coverage for all shifts by proactively arranging substitutes for absences and holidays in collaboration with operational management.
  • Promptly manage all shifts within the time and attendance system.
  • Confirm that all staff acknowledge and accept their assigned shifts.
Helpdesk Operations:
  • Record, prioritize, and allocate helpdesk requests to the appropriate facilities personnel or selected supply chain partners.
  • Guarantee accurate data entry into the ticketing system to facilitate precise reporting of helpdesk activities.
Collaboration:
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and accurate communication, fostering smooth coordination of facilities operations.
  • Support the planning and execution of facilities-related projects and events.
Training and Competency:
Ensure that all personnel involved in service delivery possess the necessary training and competencies for their assigned roles, and arrange refresher training as needed.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a helpdesk capacity, ideally within facilities management or a related sector.
  • Experience in managing staff schedules and coordinating helpdesk functions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven capability in utilizing software systems for staff management and helpdesk operations.
  • This is a full-time position with a standard workweek.
  • Occasional out-of-hours work may be necessary to address emergencies or on-call responsibilities.
