Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and empathetic telephone service to our clients and staff, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve client and staff issues, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
