About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a professional out of hours' telephone service to our clients and staff, ensuring that calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff, providing support and guidance on a range of issues, from medical emergencies to general queries.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing a professional and courteous telephone service to clients and staff
  • Responding to medical emergencies and escalating as necessary
  • Investigating and collating information to resolve client queries
  • Liaising with clients and staff to provide support and guidance
  • Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy
