Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional out-of-hours telephone service to our clients and staff, ensuring that calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Investigate and collate information to support scheduling decisions.
  • Liaise with clients and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
