We're seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to provide a professional out-of-hours telephone service to our clients and staff. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure that calls are handled promptly and efficiently, escalating medical emergencies when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff via telephone.
  2. Manage and prioritize calls to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  3. Collate and investigate information to support client needs.
  4. Liaise with clients and staff to resolve queries and concerns.
