Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in finding top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment administration for multiple positions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate pre-screens and provide guidance on candidate management.
- Utilize external candidate databases to support the recruitment team in candidate attraction.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Lead the recruitment process for entry-level roles, providing expert guidance and advice to recruiting managers.
- Perform administrative duties, including raising POs and invoices, data protection requests, and recruitment tracker updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR/Recruitment administration, with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment or HR practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable team player, willing to contribute to the success of the recruitment team.
- Highly motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
