About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Lime Search & Select Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales at the Enterprise level in European Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Outreach and Qualification: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities in European Markets.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise-level clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and successful client onboarding.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing complex Enterprise-level software deals.
  2. Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Strong understanding of the Enterprise software market, with knowledge of sales methodologies and industry trends.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions to complex sales challenges.
