Senior Commercial Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at SPE Connect, a specialist Hospitality & Retail recruitment consultancy. As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading our clients' relationships with their existing customer base and identifying opportunities to support growth in their marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business development and growth.
  • Lead Service level agreements and ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Perform regular customer reviews on performance, monthly/quarterly, and manage and minute these meetings.
  • Maximize opportunities to develop existing customer relationships and help the growth into adjacent markets.
  • Deliver key project work to ensure the operations team knows what is expected and required of them.
  • Simplify processes and efficiencies to help reduce costs.
  • Be an escalation point for key issues and develop a positive working relationship to support growth and win new business.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing large corporate accounts in a service lead industry.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Existing account management experience in a service-focused sector.
