About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at SPE Connect. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving growth and margin through the development of existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proactively lead Service Level Agreements and ensure Key Performance Indicators are met, performing regular customer reviews on performance and managing and minute these meetings to ensure all actions are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Assist the incoming Chief Commercial Officer in planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support business development and growth.
  • Customer Advocacy: Be a voice for customers to ensure they remain at the center of decisions made by our company.
  • Process Simplification: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiencies to reduce costs and drive growth.
  • Project Management: Deliver key project work to ensure the operations team understands expectations and requirements, and that they deliver to commitments and project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts in a service-led industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a quiet ambition for self-development and future growth.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
