About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Innserve Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing customers, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to develop business with existing customers and support growth into adjacent markets.
  • Deliver project work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Represent Innserve, developing positive relationships with customers to help them win new business.
  • Support contract negotiation for new business and retenders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High levels of commercial awareness and experience of managing large corporate customers in a service industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, data-led approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Ability to identify concerns quickly and implement immediate plans to resolve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and office-based with a high level of autonomy.
  • Flexible outlook, adaptable, and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferable experience of having already worked in a customer environment within the service industry.
  • A business qualification - BSc/BA/MSc/MA in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.
