Senior Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at SPE Connect, a specialist Hospitality & Retail recruitment consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large corporate accounts in a service-led industry, with a strong focus on customer relationships and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business development and growth
  • Lead Service Level Agreements and ensure key performance indicators are met
  • Perform regular customer reviews and manage and minute these meetings
  • Maximize opportunities to develop existing customer relationships and grow into adjacent markets
  • Be a key stakeholder and manage up and down to spot commercial opportunities
  • Deliver key project work to ensure the operations team knows what is expected and required of them
  • Simplify processes and efficiencies to reduce costs
  • Be an escalation point for key issues and develop a positive working relationship to support growth and win new business

Requirements:

  • Graduate calibre, BSc/BA/MSc/MA in a relevant field such as business administration, finance
  • Experience of managing large corporate accounts in a service-led industry
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to work at all levels
  • Proven track record of commercial growth and development
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment
