We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at SPE Connect. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for driving growth and margin through the development of existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand into adjacent markets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities to support growth and improve services.
- Commercial Strategy: Assist the incoming Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in planning, developing, and implementing commercial strategies to support business development and growth.
- Service Level Agreements: Lead the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Customer Reviews: Perform regular customer reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Simplification: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiencies, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Proven experience of managing large corporate accounts in a service-led industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and adapt to changing priorities.
