About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join our team at SPE Connect, a specialist Hospitality & Retail recruitment consultancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our clients' relationships with their existing customer base, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing new services to drive business development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, developing new services and solutions to drive business development and growth.
  • Work closely with the incoming Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to plan, develop, and implement commercial strategies to support business development and growth.
  • Act as a voice for customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
  • Lead Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Perform regular customer reviews, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to maximize opportunities for growth and development with existing customers.
  • Drive growth and margin, leveraging experience and expertise to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large corporate accounts in a service-led industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
