We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Innserve Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing customers, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to develop new services and improve existing ones.
  • Represent Innserve in customer-facing situations, building trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High levels of commercial awareness and experience in managing large corporate customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work remotely and office-based with a high level of autonomy.
  • Flexible outlook, adaptable, and able to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the service industry.
  • Business qualification, such as a BSc/BA/MSc/MA in a relevant field.
