Stock Management Assistant for UK Wholesale and Retail

We are seeking a dedicated UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Assistant to become a vital part of our team at the Merton Office on a full-time basis for a temporary period.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering operational assistance with retail allocations, special initiatives, personal orders, licenses, and bridal services.
  • Processing documents from suppliers and the IT department for incoming stock (special initiatives, personal orders, licenses, bridal) and generating pre-advice in SAP.
  • Receiving inventory, verifying any discrepancies (under or over delivered stock), and reporting findings to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Inputting stock data into SAP on the relevant Points of Sale.
  • Allocating special initiatives, licenses, and bridal orders based on the relevant Sales Orders, and coordinating with the Stockroom team for picking and packing requests.
  • Managing personal orders by collaborating with the accounts team and colleagues as necessary.
  • Coordinating with the UK Accounts Receivable team to issue relevant invoices and organize shipments in accordance with client instructions (Special Initiatives, Licenses, and Bridal).
  • Tracking delivery statuses and communicating with relevant couriers regarding any issues.
  • Providing coverage for the UK Admin Logistic Specialist and UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller as needed.

REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Logistics.
  • Familiarity with Couriers and Customs processes.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
