Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Risk Manager to join our London Head Office team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a leading role in improving quality across all dialysis units and maintaining ISO accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Improvement
  • Lead accreditation cycles and processes, including ISO, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to assess and improve standards across all areas of activity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback, ensuring that all matters arising are followed up and actioned.
Risk Management
  • Implement and maintain the risk management framework, working closely with the International Head of Risk.
  • Identify and assess relevant risks through regular sessions with senior management, incident analysis, and analysis of external factors.
  • Manage and coordinate incident reporting and investigation, identifying trends and implementing mitigating actions.
  • Ensure that control frameworks are adequate and up-to-date, and that policies and procedures align with risk appetite and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including health and safety, and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Other Duties
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality and risk management practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for quality and risk management issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality and risk management activities to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare, business administration, or risk management.
  • Experience in healthcare settings, preferably with a background in quality improvement and risk management.
  • Certifications in quality management or risk management are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and staff.
