We are seeking a Wholesale and Retail Stock Assistant to become part of our team at the Merton Office on a full-time basis for a temporary period.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering operational assistance on retail distributions, unique projects, personal orders, licenses, and bridal services. Managing incoming documentation from suppliers and the IT department for inbound inventory (special projects, personal orders, licenses, bridal) and generating pre-advice in SAP. Receiving inventory, verifying any discrepancies (under or over delivered stock) and communicating findings to the appropriate stakeholders. Inputting stock data into SAP on the relevant Points of Sale. Distributing special projects, licenses, and bridal items based on the relevant Sales Orders, creating picking lists and coordinating packing with the Stockroom team. Processing and distributing personal orders by collaborating with the accounts team and Vivienne Westwood colleagues as necessary. Coordinating with the UK Accounts Receivable team to issue all pertinent invoices and organize shipments in accordance with client instructions (Special Projects, Licenses, and Bridal). Tracking delivery statuses and engaging with relevant couriers regarding any issues. Providing coverage for the UK Admin Logistic Specialist and UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller when required.

REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS

Minimum of 1 year experience in Logistics Familiarity with Couriers and Customs processes. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is preferred.
