Vivienne Westwood is a renowned British fashion brand that prioritizes its people and the environment.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the Merton Office on a full-time basis for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support on retail allocations, special projects, personal orders, licenses, and bridal.
  • Receive documents from suppliers and the IT team for inbound stock and create a preadvice in SAP.
  • Receive stock, check for discrepancies, and report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Upload stock in SAP on relevant POS.
  • Allocate special projects, licenses, and bridal based on SOs and create picking and packing requests for the Stockroom team.
  • Liaise with accounts team and VW LTD colleagues for personal orders.
  • Liaise with UK Accounts Receivable team to issue invoices and organize shipments.
  • Monitor delivery status and liaise with couriers regarding issues.
  • Cover for UK Admin Logistic Specialist and UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller when necessary.

Key Profile & Skills:

  • 1+ year experience in Logistics.
  • Knowledge and experience of Couriers and Customs.
  • Highly organized and demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Experience using SAP is desirable.
