We are in search of a UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Operations Assistant to become part of our team at the Merton Office on a full-time basis for a temporary period.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering operational assistance concerning retail allocations, special initiatives, personal orders, licenses, and bridal collections. Collecting documentation from suppliers and the IT department for incoming stock (special initiatives, personal orders, licenses, bridal) and generating a pre-advice in SAP. Receiving inventory, verifying for any inconsistencies (under or over-delivered stock) and communicating findings to the appropriate stakeholders. Entering stock data into SAP on the relevant Purchase Orders. Distributing special initiatives, licenses, and bridal collections according to the corresponding Sales Orders, and coordinating with the Stockroom team for picking and packing requests. Managing and distributing personal orders by collaborating with the accounts team and colleagues as necessary. Coordinating with the UK Accounts Receivable team to issue all pertinent invoices and organize shipments in accordance with client directives (Special Initiatives, Licenses, and Bridal). Tracking delivery progress and communicating with relevant couriers regarding any complications. Providing coverage for the UK Admin Logistic Specialist and UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller when required.(Please note this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, and additional tasks may be assigned to meet the role's requirements)
REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS
Minimum of 1 year experience in Logistics. Familiarity with Couriers and Customs procedures. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is advantageous.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
