About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of colleagues in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and improve store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
