Position: Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Location: Leicester (1 day WFH per week)
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Intellect Group, a leader in the education sector, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview:
In the capacity of Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving marketing efforts while managing essential administrative functions. Collaborating closely with the marketing department, you will help implement campaigns, oversee social media engagement, and evaluate market dynamics. Additionally, you will support daily office operations, ensuring a streamlined and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Design and execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and refresh the company's social media presence, crafting compelling content, preparing and posting case studies, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Organize events, trade exhibitions, and product unveilings.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends and potential opportunities.
- Track and assess the performance of marketing initiatives using analytical tools.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team, including arranging meetings, compiling reports, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure systematic organization of records and files, both in physical and digital formats.
- Support the preparation of presentations and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate travel logistics and oversee expense reporting.
- Carry out additional administrative responsibilities as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics tools).
- A creative approach with the ability to innovate.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
Note: All applicants must possess full right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance from Leicester.
