Position: Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Location: Leicester (1 day WFH per week)
Compensation: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Intellect Group, a prominent player in the education sector, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview:
In the capacity of Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating marketing strategies and managing a variety of administrative responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing department to implement campaigns, oversee social media channels, and evaluate market dynamics. Furthermore, you will contribute to the daily operations of the office, ensuring a streamlined and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Design and execute marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and refresh the company's social media presence, crafting compelling content, preparing and publishing case studies, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Organize events, trade exhibitions, and product unveilings.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends and potential opportunities.
- Track and assess the success of marketing efforts utilizing analytical tools.
Administrative Duties:
- Offer administrative assistance to the management team, including arranging meetings, compiling reports, and managing correspondence.
- Keep organized records and files, both in physical and digital formats.
- Support the preparation of presentations and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate travel logistics and handle expense documentation.
- Execute additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics tools).
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate.
- Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Positive demeanor and a collaborative team player.
Note: All candidates must possess full right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance from Leicester.
