About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SSAS Client Associate to join our team at Addington Ball, a leading specialist finance and accounting recruitment consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing technical advice and guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring cradle-to-grave administration is fulfilled, and providing personalized and pragmatic advice to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Technical Guidance: Supply technical guidance and recommendations to clients, actively engaging with advisors to adhere to their needs.
  • Due Diligence: Produce review packs and deliver due diligence on new investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Day-to-Day Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of SSAS schemes, including calculating and paying retirement benefits, managing investment portfolios, undertaking property and land administration, monitoring scheme bank accounts, and reviewing leases, EPC certificates, and insurances.
Requirements
  • Experience: Either experience of Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS) or pension administration managing a portfolio of clients (SSAS, DB SSAS, FPT, DB, SIPP).
  • Organizational Skills: Good personal organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your own workload.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive attitude to assignments with a driven approach to add value.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
